A big trend in the food and wine industry has been the growth of organic products. If you’ve begun to develop your green, consumer eye and become a label reader, you’ve probably noticed two types of organic labels in the organic wine world. Those that are “made with organic grapes,” and those that carry the USDA’s certified organic seal. Certified organic wines are a rare find on store shelves. As a matter of fact, there are only five USDA certified organic wines in the United States. So what’s the difference between these two wine labels?
