Ingredients: 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 cup unsalted butter 1 1/2 tablespoons lime juice 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes Salt to taste
Directions: In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Mix in cilantro, lime juice and red pepper flakes. Season with salt to taste. Cover and chill for at least one hour. Makes one cup.
