1 box Simply Organic Pancake & Waffle Mix
1 teaspoon Simply Organic Nutmeg Ground
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cloves Ground
2 3/4 cups Organic Valley Eggnog
Cinnamon Whipped Cream
1 cup Organic Valley Heavy Whipping Cream
1/2 teaspoon Simply Organic Cinnamon
1 teaspoon sugar
Preheat waffle iron.
In a small bowl, combine pancake & waffle mix, nutmeg and cloves. Add eggnog. Blend well, then pour onto a lightly greased hot waffle iron and cook.
Combine whipping cream, cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl. Using an electric mixer or whisk, whip for 2 to 3 minutes or until cream has turned thick and fluffy. Top each serving of waffles with a dollop of whipped cream.
Substitute nutmeg for cinnamon in whipped cream mixture.
As prepared, each serving contains 190 calories, 8g total fat, 45mg cholesterol, 270mg sodium, 26g total carbohydrate and 4g protein.
