A very tasty crunchy combination - great for breakfast or lunch!
2 small bananas or 1 large banana
1 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 cup plus 2 tbsp low fat Nature's Path Heritage granola
1/4 cup low fat sour cream
1/2 tbsp brown sugar
Chop bananas into small pieces; mix with remaining ingredients except for the 2 tbsp of granola. Divide into 2 bowls; sprinkle each bowl with 1 tbsp granola.
Variations: 1 small banana, 1/2 cup sliced strawberries or other fruit
Use low fat vanilla yogurt for a sweeter taste.
