1 cup Nancy's Lemon Lowfat Yogurt
(Nancy's is unsweetened; or use
Nancy's plain yogurt and lemon extract)
2 Tb fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tb fresh parsley, chopped
2 Tb fresh basil, chopped
1 Tb snipped fresh chives
1 Tb green onion tops, chopped
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
zest of 1/2 lemon
Salt & freshly grated black pepper to taste
Blend all in a food processor until mostly smooth, garnish with herbs. Use as a dip or garnish for fish or lamb.
