Ingredients:
1/4 to 1/3 cup liquid coconut oil (coconut oil turns liquid over 75 F°.)
1 to 2 cloves garlic pressed
3/4 tsp. Himalayan sea salt (optional)
2 tsp. Chlorella powder
1 tsp. mixed or favorite herbs
Juice of two lemons
Instructions:
Pour the coconut oil over chopped greens, toss well add the other ingredients (except lemon juice) and toss again.
Add the juice of 2 lemons and toss again.
Enjoy a delightfully unique and delicious salad.
Proportions are flexible to taste.
