Prep time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup plums, pitted and frozen
1 cup strawberries, frozen
½ banana, peeled and frozen
½ cup plain yogurt
½ cup milk
¼ tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. For an extra boost, add some organic hemp protein powder.
