Ingredients:
•½ cup Santa Cruz Organic® Peanut Butter
•2 tbsp soy sauce
•½ cup hot water
•¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
•3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
•2 tsp sugar
•¼ tsp cayenne pepper or to taste
Directions:
•Mix peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic and hot water in a bowl.
•Add remaining ingredients and blend well.
•Add salt and pepper to taste.
•Let stand at room temperature for a minimum of one hour.
•Serve at room temperature or microwave until warm.
•Pour over chicken, noodles or your favorite dish.
