This simple recipe is great for anyone that likes to entertain but does not have the time to bake up something for dessert. Plus, it's a delicious way to cut calories.
1 cup Stonyfield Fat Free Plain Yogurt
1 8oz. package of fat free cream cheese
3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup strawberries, diced
1 9 inch graham cracker crust
In a medium-size mixing bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar. Blend yogurt and vanilla extract into this mixture. Fold in Strawberries, and pour filling into graham cracker crust. Freeze for 2-3 hours or until set. Top with whipped cream if you like, and allow pie to warm slightly before serving.
