•¼ cup Santa Cruz Organic® 100% Lemon Juice
•½ cup virgin olive oil
•2 garlic cloves, crushed
•1 can anchovies (reserve 6 for garnish)
•1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
•1 large head romaine lettuce, cut into small pieces
•1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
•Blend first 5 ingredients in a blender until smooth.
•Divide the lettuce among 6 plates.
•Top with dressing, parmesan cheese, reserved anchovies and croutons.
