This summer was full of positive signs for the organic sector. Small and big signs, in various parts of the world, confirmed the trend for a greater attention toward everything that recalls health and wellbeing, healthy eating and safeguarding of Nature and of its extraordinary bio-diversity. A trend that is not a passing by but is a matter of background, a deep aspiration of our time.
What impressed me most in recent days were not the earnest news on the developments of the complex world game, including Europe and Italy debating the defence of organic farming and of genetic engineering. What impressed us most was a much lighter, fresher piece of news, more in line with with the spirit of this holiday season draws about to end.
